1. DIGITAL SERVICES [Document, Design, Consultancy, Web Development]
`ON THE SPOT CHECK POLICY` applicable hai.
– Delivery ke time WhatsApp/Email par pura kaam dikhaya jayega
– Koi galti mile to turant free me theek hoga
– Customer ke approve karne ke baad koi refund/cancellation nahi hoga
– 3-day ya 7-day return policy lagu nahi hai
2. ON-DEMAND HOME SERVICES [Electrician, Plumber, Salon, Bike/Car Repair, Web Development]
– Service complete hone ke baad `ON THE SPOT CHECK` karna hoga
– Kaam me kami mile to service provider turant theek karega
– Customer ke “OK” bolne ke baad koi complaint/refund nahi hoga
– Service start hone ke baad cancel karne par cancellation charge lagega
3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
A. Perishable Items [Fruit, Vegetable, Cake, Sweets, Fast Food]:
– Delivery ke time hi check karein
– Kharab/expire mile to turant return karein
– Baad me koi return/refund nahi
B. Non-Perishable Items [Home Care, Beauty, Medical]:
– 7-day return policy applicable hai
– Product sealed & unused condition me hona chahiye
– Return courier charge customer ko pay karna hoga
4. REFUND TIMELINE
Approved refund 5-7 business days me original payment method par credit ho jayega.
