C. To send order updates, offers and service notifications (you can opt-out anytime).
D. To improve our app performance and prevent fraud.
4. PERMISSIONS WE USE
– LOCATION (Precise): To find nearest Electrician, Plumber and deliver products. Optional, you can deny.
– CAMERA / STORAGE: Only if you upload profile or service photos (if applicable).
– INTERNET: To load website dcprovide.com inside app.
5. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell your data. Your data is shared only with:
– Assigned Service Providers (Electrician, Plumber etc.)
– Courier/Delivery Partners
– We do not use any online payment gateway. All payments are collected offline via Cash on Delivery (COD) or direct UPI.
– Google Play Services & WebView services for app functioning.
6. DATA RETENTION & DELETION
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You have the right to delete your account and data. To request data deletion, email us at dcprovide33@gmail.com with subject “Delete My Data”. We will process it within 7 business days and confirm.
7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
