DC Provide provides services/products in the following categories:

Fruit, Vegetable, Grocery, Fast Food, Cake, Sweets, Home & Care Items, Beauty & Hygiene Products, Medical Products, Stationery, etc.
B. ON-DEMAND SERVICES:
Electrical Services, Furniture Making/Repair, Plumber, Hair Salon, Makeup Salon, Bike Services, Car Services, On-The-Spot Home Services, Document Drafting, Digital Services, Web Development, etc.
3. ORDER & PAYMENT
All orders are Prepaid/Postpaid. Payment mode may vary depending on the product/service – UPI, Card, COD Available.
4. CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY – CATEGORY WISE
A. DIGITAL SERVICES [Document, Design, Consultancy, Web Development]:
ON THE SPOT CHECK POLICY. The complete work is shown to you at the time of delivery via WhatsApp/Email by DC PROVIDE. If there is any mistake at the time of delivery, inform DC PROVIDE immediately – it will be fixed for free. No refund/cancellation will be entertained after delivery. There is no 7-day or 3-day return policy.
B. ON-DEMAND HOME SERVICES [Electrician, Plumber, Salon, Bike Repair, Web Development]:
After service completion, the customer must do an ON THE SPOT CHECK under DC PROVIDE supervision. If there is any deficiency in the work, DC PROVIDE will arrange to fix it immediately. No complaint/refund will be accepted after the customer says “OK”. Cancellation charges will apply if you cancel after the service has started.
C. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS SOLD BY DC PROVIDE:
Perishable Items [Fruit, Vegetable, Cake, Sweets, Fast Food]: Please check at the time of delivery. If the item is spoiled/expired, return it immediately to DC PROVIDE. No returns will be accepted later.
Non-Perishable Items [Home Care, Beauty, Medical]: 7-Day Return Policy by DC PROVIDE. The product must be sealed & unused. The customer will have to pay the return courier charge. For warranty claims, DC PROVIDE will help connect you with the brand’s authorized service center.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITY
A. If delivery fails due to a wrong address/contact number, the customer will be responsible.
B. Consult a doctor before using any medical/beauty products. DC PROVIDE is not responsible for any allergy/reaction.
C. Using the platform for any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
6. DELIVERY TIMELINE
A. Digital Services [Including Web Development]: 24-48 Hours
B. Home Services: Same Day/Next Day as per slot booking
C. Products: 30 Minutes to 7 Days – Depends on product & location

DC PROVIDE does not provide a 100% guarantee for the quality of service or the legal compliance of the product. In case of any dispute, DC PROVIDE will act as a mediator.
